Easton Town Center welcomes the award-winning, seasonally-inspired restaurant and bar – True Food Kitchen – to its newest district. The location adds to the list of unique dining experiences available at Easton.
Dr. Andrew Weil, a renowned physician and doctor of integrative medicine, co-founded True Food Kitchen in 2008 with the idea that food should make you feel better, not worse. Inspired by Dr. Weil’s Anti-Inflammatory Diet, the menu is full of responsibly-sourced seasonal produce, antioxidant-rich desserts, organic and sustainable teas, wines, and cocktails, freshly pressed juices, and organic meats.
THE ANTI-INFLAMMATORY DIET
Dr. Weil’s Anti-Inflammatory Diet is designed to help prevent the chronic inflammation that contributes to the development of heart disease, cancer, and other age-related conditions. It is also proven as a cornerstone of treatment for inflammatory conditions and auto-immune diseases. But it’s not just about reducing inflammation. It’s about providing ample vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids, and dietary fibers, by eliminating refined, processed, and manufactured foods.
The True Food Kitchen menu incorporates a wide variety of tasty and healthy foods, ranging from fresh fruit and vegetables to healthy fats and proteins. Dr. Weil’s Food Pyramid breaks down the foods and beverages you should consume sparingly and lists those foods you can eat with no limits.
UNIQUE GUESTS. UNIQUE TASTES.
The artisan chefs of True Food Kitchen combine different ingredients, flavors, and textures to invigorate the taste buds by creating dishes like Edamame Guacamole, Spaghetti Squash Casserole, Jackfruit Lettuce Wraps, and the Korean Noodle Bowl, and beverages like Kale Aid, Prickly Pear Tisane, and Honeydew Limeade.
The menu can be customized for every guest’s tastes and restrictions. Whether you’re Gluten Free, Vegan, Vegetarian, or you just don’t LOVE jalapeños, the menu has been carefully crafted for customization. The restaurant boasts, “There’s no dish on our menu that can’t be customized. No matter how you want it, we’re happy to make it exactly that way.”
