Easton Code of Conduct
Easton is private property. To help ensure a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for all guests, the following are prohibited. Guests are expected to comply with all directions from Easton staff and Public Safety.
- Disruptive or abusive behavior – threatening behavior, fighting, running, shouting, throwing objects, spitting, using obscene or discriminatory language or gestures, or refusing reasonable directions from Easton staff or Public Safety.
- Alcohol, tobacco, or drugs – underage drinking; smoking or vaping; illegal drugs; or marijuana use anywhere on property.
- Damage to property – littering, defacing, vandalizing, or damaging Easton property.
- Inappropriate or face-covering attire – overly revealing clothing; clothing with offensive or gang-related language, imagery, or symbols; or clothing that intentionally obscures the face.
- Loitering or blocking access – gathering or lingering in a manner that blocks walkways, doors, storefronts, parking areas, or roadways.
- Recreational devices & excessive noise – skateboards, hoverboards, scooters, rollerblades, drones, or similar devices, and loud car stereos or other amplified sound that disrupts the guest experience.
- Weapons – weapons of any kind, including concealed firearms.
- Unauthorized commercial activity – photography or videography; soliciting, picketing, panhandling, scavenging, or distributing literature or petitions without prior approval from Easton management.
- Pets – pets are not permitted, except service animals, pets visiting pet-related tenants, or pets attending Easton-sponsored pet events.
- Overnight parking or illegal activity – vehicles left overnight or any illegal activity on property.
Parental Escort Policy
Children under 16 may not be on property unless accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian over 21 at all times. Guests who appear under 16 may be required to show an ID with date of birth.
Violations may result in removal from property, banning, and / or arrest for criminal trespass. Policies are subject to change without notice.
Additional Resources
Failure to comply with the Easton Code of Conduct may result in removal from the property or involvement of law enforcement.
