Public Safety
If you see or experience anything you consider to be unusual or unsafe, we earnestly request that you report it immediately to one of our Public Safety officers so we can address the issue quickly. To report something, please use the Call For Assistance station; contact a Public Safety officer you see; or, telephone the Public Safety office, 24 hours a day, at (614) 416-7001.
Our Public Safety officers are many in number and are committed to making your visit with us a pleasant one. They are here to help you with minor inconveniences you may encounter as well as to assist you, and our tenants, in matters of health and safety.
Public Safety Officers
We call our security personnel Public Safety officers. They are equipped with shoulder radios. Public Safety officers walk all areas of the property as well as monitor activity in common areas via security cameras. They respond to your requests for assistance from the Call For Assistance stations located throughout the property.
The Public Safety officers are ready to assist you in the event of the following problems:
- Jumpstarts – If your battery fails, we will provide a battery jump. A release form must be signed prior to this service.
- Lost Vehicles – If you need help locating your parked vehicle, we are available to assist.
- Lost Children – Our Public Safety officers will immediately help whenever a child is reported lost while visiting Easton. Please notify a Public Safety officer in uniform, use one of the “Call For Assistance” stations, or, telephone our Public Safety office at (614) 416-7001.
- Escort to Vehicle Services – Contact the Public Safety office in person, by telephone at (614) 416-7001, or, by using any Call For Assistance box on the property.
Call For Assistance Stations
Our Call For Assistance stations are illuminated from above by a blue light and are welcome for your use in non-emergency situations if, for example, you simply have questions about how to get from one place to another or need assistance of any kind. Pressing the button on the Call For Assistance box will connect you by voice with Easton’s Public Safety dispatch center.
Easton Code of Conduct
Our Guest Assistance personnel are charged with enforcing the Easton Code of Conduct.
