Easton is private property. To help ensure a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for all guests, the following conduct is prohibited.
Guests are expected to comply with all policies and directions from Easton staff, Public Safety, and law enforcement.
Failure to comply may result in removal from the property or involvement of law enforcement.
Children under 16 years of age may not be on property unless accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian over 21 at all times.
Guests who appear under 16 may be required to show an ID with date of birth. Violations may result in removal from property, banning, and/or arrest for criminal trespass. Subject to change without notice.
As part of our ongoing commitment to guest safety, Easton utilizes facial recognition technology as one component of our comprehensive public safety program.
The technology is used solely as an internal public safety tool to assist Easton’s Public Safety team in identifying known Persons of Interest (POIs). POIs may include individuals who are on a current trespass at Easton, those who may be a threat to our environment, persons identified to us by law enforcement, or individuals who are missing, separated from their party or may be in danger. For example, this may include a child who has become separated from a parent or guardian, a vulnerable adult reported missing, or an individual law enforcement has identified as potentially at risk.
Easton will create and retain facial measurement data extracted from photo(s) of the POI.
Guest Privacy
Facial recognition technology is used exclusively for internal public safety purposes and is not used to identify or track the general public. Facial data is not retained for guests who are not Persons of Interest (POIs) and is never used for marketing, advertising or customer tracking.
