Ignite your Spark to Succeed
New Directions Career Center, our March/April Easton Community Foundation partner, is honored to be in its 44th year of providing high-quality career counseling, education, and support services to help thousands of women achieve fulfilling and satisfying career paths. They firmly believe in uplifting and empowering women to achieve and maintain self-sufficiency.

In a supportive environment, women build confidence and courage and learn self-compassion and self-advocacy. At New Directions, she will empower her inner strength and be connected to resources that ensure success.

With a focus on a holistic approach, the Center empowers women to reach their full potential. Graduates leave with financial stability, career growth, and increased confidence.

PROGRAMS & WORKSHOPS
New Directions provides curated group programs and workshops, as well as 1-on-1 career counseling designed to assist individuals in their job search and set attainable career goals. Clients will learn to overcome barriers to employment, navigate challenges with job retention, build resilience in the face of a changing job market, and open doors to career advancement.
Workshops are currently offered at no cost to clients, thanks to the generous support of donors.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
The Center relies on a network of talented and dedicated volunteers who serve as mentors, committee members, and advocates who donate their time, talents, and resources toward furthering the New Directions mission of empowering women to achieve and maintain self-sufficiency.

New Directions is seeking professional women who want to give back through mentorship.
