Code of Conduct

Safety First

At Easton, we encourage all visitors to have fun while also helping to keep our community safe and healthy. Our Center’s #1 priority is the safety and wellness of our employees, guests, vendors, and partners.

If you see or experience anything you consider to be unusual or unsafe, we earnestly request that you report it immediately to one of our Guest Assistance personnel so we can address the issue quickly.

To report something, please use the Call For Assistance stations; contact a uniformed team member you see; or, telephone our public safety office, 24-hours a day, at (614) 416-7001.

Discourteous, disorderly, and disruptive behavior is unacceptable on Easton property. 

Guests of Easton are our neighbors and friends who we’ve promised an unparalleled shopping and entertainment experience, in an environment that feels safe and secure. This Easton Code of Conduct helps us keep this promise. Thank you for your help in maintaining a pleasant and safe environment we all deserve at Easton.

At Easton, the buildings, garages, streets, and common areas are privately owned, which means we define the rules of conduct in these spaces. Easton guests expect consideration and respect – and so do we.

While we always encourage a good time, we do not allow the following on our grounds:

  • Disrespectful, rude, or discourteous behavior that creates an inconvenience to Easton guests
  • Offensive behavior that interrupts normal business activity or disturbs other guests such as running, shouting, throwing objects, and spitting
  • Fighting, pushing, shoving or other disorderly behavior that induces panic
  • Obscene language or actions including swear words, racial slurs, and inappropriate gestures
  • Failure to respond to reasonable requests or direction from our Easton staff
  • Underage drinking or smoking – including tobacco products, vaping devices, and all other illegal substances
  • Littering, defacing or damaging property – including graffiti
  • Exposed undergarments or dressing in a way that is likely to create a disturbance or offend others
  • Displaying gang signs, colors, or symbols
  • Attire with offensive messaging or images
  • Clothing that obscures the face such as hooded sweatshirts or masks (excluding PPE masks and face coverings worn for medical reasons)
  • Congregating in groups of 5 or more persons
  • Standing, walking, or sitting in a manner that blocks access and hinders guests’ enjoyment of our grounds
  • Loitering on foot or in a vehicle that blocks access and hinders guests’ enjoyment of our grounds. Loiterers include guests who refuse to move once they’re encouraged to take part in one of our dining, entertainment, or retail experiences
  • Riding skateboards, hoverboards, or scooters, wearing rollerblades, operating drones, or sky-walking
  • Loud car stereos or any amplification of sound
  • Any illegal activity – engaging in any act defined by Federal, State or Local Law constituting a criminal offense
  • The use, possession, or consumption of marihuana in any form is prohibited on Easton property
  • Weapons of any kind – including concealed firearms
  • Photography or videography without prior approval from Easton
  • Scavenging, soliciting, including picketing, panhandling, literature distribution or petitioning
  • Pets, except for bona fide service animals (dogs); or, animals with guests patronizing pet stores on property or involved with Easton sponsored events
  • Overnight parking
  • Persons under 18 years of age during school hours

Parental Escort Policy

We welcome all visitors to Easton. However, children under the age of 16 may not be on property unless accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian over the age of 21 at all times.

As part of this policy, each guest should carry an I.D. that shows date of birth.

Violators of these codes may be subject to expulsion, banning, arrest and/or prosecution for criminal trespass. Easton reserves the right to amend these policies at any time.
