Overview
The Line Server is responsible for preparing and serving items on the menu quickly and accurately while providing friendly and efficient customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve shawarma wraps, bowls, and plates according to Shawerma Bite standards
Prepare, restock, and maintain ingredients throughout the shift
Keep the service line clean, organized, and sanitary
Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures
Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and team members
Ensure fast, accurate, and high-quality service during peak hours
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Previous restaurant or line service experience is preferred but not required
Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
