Associate Manager – Full-time. 
The Associate Manager is responsible for assisting with the daily operation of the Lilly Pulitzer retail store. This includes sales, client experience, and safeguarding the assets of the store. The Associate Manager will have the responsibility of a store specific division of responsibility. A minimum of 2 years’ experience, preferably in the fashion or retail industry. Must have strong supervisory, communication, and customer service skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
