JOB SUMMARY: At the direction of Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, completes all tasks assigned to effectively carry out the program of work to ensure that the asset value of the center is maintained and protected.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 – 5 years previous experience in repairs and maintenance required; Experience with large campus environments (shopping centers, hotels, universities) preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including Excel and Word is required. Additional experience with Work Order programs is a plus.
