Primary duties of the Evening Shift Manager includes; managing and leading all staff; ordering product, assisting the owners, operating mixers, performing various baking duties. Other duties include managing staff in a respectful, firm but fair way. The Crew Member must have strong leadership skills. The shift manager will be responsible for the entire organization and operation of the store. Shift Manager’s are to also ensure all cookies are made according to Crumbl Corporate standards.
