BUSSER/SERVER ASSISTANT-DEL MAR EASTON-Part-time
Summary: We believe in putting our Associates first! Our Associates come to work with a positive attitude, creative mindset, and a team mentality. It is the responsibility of a busser to make raving fans of the five major groups of people we do business with by communicating with managers, servers, and hosts and assisting them in their duties. This requires competence in service procedures, a willingness to help associates, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

BARTENDER-DEL MAR EASTON-Part-time
Summary: We believe in putting our Associates first! Our Associates come to work with a positive attitude, creative mindset, and a team mentality. It is the responsibility of a bartender to prepare and serve consistent, high-quality cocktails and food in an expedient manner, while establishing positive guest relations and maintaining a clean, orderly bar. The bar chef contributes to the profitability of the restaurant by generating sales, adhering to all company recipes and ensuring correct payment for all beverages served.

SERVER-DEL MAR EASTON-Part-time
Summary: We believe in putting our Associates first! Our Associates come to work with a positive attitude, creative mindset, and a team mentality. It is the responsibility of our servers to make raving fans of our guests and each other. This requires thorough product knowledge (food, wine, and liquor) and proficient in-service procedures.

GUEST SERVICES/HOST-DEL MAR EASTON-Part-time
Summary: It is the responsibility of Guest Services to make raving fans of the five major groups of people we do business with by creating a positive first impression and making our guests feel welcome on the phone and in person. Guest Services controls the seating of the guests in the dining room to assure the quality of service, guest satisfaction, and maximize sales opportunities.

FOOD RUNNER-DEL MAR EASTON-Part-time
Summary: It is the responsibility of a food runner to make raving fans of the five major groups of people we do business with by communicating with managers, servers, and hosts and assisting them in their duties. This requires competence in service procedures, a willingness to help associates, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

PREP COOK-DEL MAR EASTON-Part-time
Summary: We believe in putting our Associates first. Our Associates come to work with a positive attitude, creative mindset, and a team mentality. It is the responsibility of our cooks to prepare a variety of hot and cold food items such as salad mixes, sauces, side dishes, and appetizers. Portions, washes, peels, slices, and mixes vegetables, fruits, pasta, and other ingredients from entrees appetizers, salads, and garnishes. Carves and slices meats and cheese. Measure and mixes ingredients to make salad dressings, sauces, salads, and hot and cold food items following recipes.

BAKER-DEL MAR EASTON-Full-time
Summary: It is the responsibility of a baker to make raving fans of the five major groups of people we do business with by preparing all items in the pantry (fillings, tarts, cakes, pies, breads, etc.) while maintaining a sanitary workstation. The baker is responsible for following restaurant policies and procedures while contributing to the profits and revenues of the restaurant.

LINE COOK-DEL MAR EASTON-Part-time
Summary: We believe in putting our Associates first. Our Associates come to work with a positive attitude, creative mindset, and a team mentality. It is the responsibility of our cooks to prepare a variety of hot and cold food items such as salad mixes, sauces, side dishes, and appetizers. GENERAL UTILITIES-DEL MAR EASTON-Part-time
Summary: It is the responsibility of the general utility to properly wash and store all dishes, trays, eating utensils, cups, and small equipment for the kitchen. Assist in portioning, peeling, and cleaning food as requested. Maintains the dish room and dish machine in a sanitary and efficient manner and is responsible for cleaning the dining room including the lavatories and common areas.

BAR BACK-DEL MAR EASTON-Part-time
Summary: We believe in putting our Associates first! Our Associates come to work with a positive attitude, creative mindset, and a team mentality. It is the responsibility of a Bar back to assist the bar team in their daily operations to ensure the bar operates smoothly. This includes, but not limited to, assisting with opening and closing duties, cleaning the bar, preparing garnishes, ensuring the bar is well stocked and taking on other duties to support the Bar team. Bar preps are knowledgeable about our menu items, attentive, and focused on providing extraordinary server pin a fast-paced environment.
