Now that the kids are back in school, it’s time to pencil in those weekend plans and we have exactly what you need for a fun-filled weekend! Whether you’re a Columbus native or a visitor, we—and our retailers—host a wide variety of events and activities that everyone in the family can enjoy. Grab your loved ones, load up the car and head to Easton for some fall fun! Here are the events and activities happening at Easton this fall.

Mac ‘N Cheese Festival

Join us at the Columbus Mac ‘N Cheese Festival on September 27! Enjoy cheesy goodness and live entertainment all while supporting a great cause. Proceeds will benefit the adolescent and young adult cancer research at the OSUCCC – James Hospital. Hope to see you there!

Chalk the Block

Chalk the Block is back! Join us on October 5 as the artists take to the streets to create elaborate, original designs, all while listening to the music of a half dozen local musical artists. This year we’re adding 8’ chalk cubes, kids chalking activities and a large feature area to celebrate our 20th anniversary! Check back on Sunday, October 6 to see the final colorful and creative designs!

Hello Kitty Café

The Hello Kitty Café Truck will be paying Easton a visit on Saturday, October 12th from 10am to 8pm! Stop by anytime to pick up super cute Hello Kitty merch or tasty treats. You won’t be able to miss the van parked on the Town Square in front of Restoration Hardware. Just look for a hot pink van with Hello Kitty and her friends all over it!

Halloween Pet Parade and Fall Festival

Ghouls, goblins and ghosts, oh my! One of our favorite fall events is coming up—the 20th Annual Halloween Pet Parade and Fall Festival will be on Sunday, October 20 from 12 to 3pm! Bring your furry friends decked out in their costumes to participate in the costume contest! Cute pets and fall memories, what’s not to love? Don’t miss the activities for kids in Fenlon Square!

Halloween Events at American Girl

American Girl combines the best of both worlds: quality time with your favorite gal and fall celebrations. Not one, but two fun events are happening this fall at the store! Eat dinner at the Bistro and enjoy a pumpkin painting class during Blaire’s Pumpkin Painting Event on October 18 and 25. Excited for Halloween? Enjoy sweet treats, a fun Halloween craft and pose for a few photo ops at the Halloween Spooktacular on October 26!

LEGOLAND Discovery Center’s Brick-or-Treat

Throw on a costume and celebrate the spooky season at LEGOLAND Discovery Center’sBrick-or-Treat! During weekends in October, kids can walk down the Brick-or-Treat trail, meet LEGO Halloween characters and participate in a scavenger hunt! This event may just be the highlight of the month of October. Bonus! The kids get to wear their costumes for more than just one night!

Fall Themed Classes at Sur La Table and Williams-Sonoma

Spice up your fall meals by learning how to create delicious comfort food, apple harvest feasts or cozy fall dinners at Sur La Table. Need an activity for the kids? Williams-Sonoma will offer their junior chef classes that allow children to participate in a haunted house decorating class or a Halloween cookie party! Whichever route you choose, we see a delicious time in your future.

Hand Lettering Classes at Paper Source

Paper Source is offering hand lettering classes during the month of October for kids! Get them off their tech devices and learning the ins and outs of hand lettering. There are even weekly craft projects to help them unleash their inner artist and utilize their creativity. Classes happen every Tuesday after school from 4 to 5:30pm.
