All over the world, crepes in many varieties have been a staple any time of the day. Consisting of whatever you want to top them with-from Bananas and Nutella to Strawberries and Chocolate, and even Steak or Chicken. Call it breakfast, a mid-day snack, or even dinner, crepes are the food that is sure to please everyone. Fay’s Crepes serves specialty Crepes and Waffles with sweet and savory toppings. Fay, a Somali-American has paid homage to her roots and perfected the crepes she grew up loving as a child. Her Somali mother has made crepes in their household and Fay has taken that Somali tradition and made it her own with fresh mouth watering dishes on the menu. In addition to the crepes, Fay’s Crepes also serves waffles that would be available throughout the day. Our goal is to serve freshly made crepes and waffles in front of the customer and top it off with fresh toppings of their choice.
