To maintain the entire hotel facility, including physical building structure, spa/pool, elevators, all mechanical, electrical, H.V.A.C. systems and related equipment in accordance with energy conservation and preventive maintenance programs. Ensure the upkeep of guest areas to maintain an attractive hotel. Manage all rehabilitation, expansion, and special projects. Knowledge of electrical systems, components, devices and HVAC systems, boilers, mechanical systems, spa/pool, elevators and the maintenance and repair of all.
Knowledge of public construction and building systems and codes; all related permits, licensing, new and existing codes pertaining to public building and fire safety.

Possess knowledge of OSHA standards for chemical use and the ability to train new team members in applicable usage of all chemicals in accordance to OSHA laws.
Ability to work in a 365 day environment and be on call 24 hours. Must work a minimum of 45 hours/ week.

Graduation high school or equivalent. Apprenticeship and/or advanced training program for operating engineers recognized by the industry or any other combination of education, training, and experience that provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job.
