Operations Lead – Part-time.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
• Leads store while completing operational tasks quickly and efficiently
• Completes receiving, transferring, and stock management
• Executes merchandising strategies with partnership of management
• Stocks and remerchandises store when product sells out
• Coaches and trains staff members on merchandising
• Assists guests and provides excellent customer service
• Completes clientele efforts to drive traffic into store
• Drives sales through selling techniques and product knowledge
Required Qualifications:
• Available 15-20 hours a week
• Must work: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons/evenings
• Previous leadership experience in a customer service environment
• Available to work peak times – which include but are not limited to: holidays, weekends, and promotional periods
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong visual merchandizing skills
• Ability to multitask and be independently productive

Assistant Manager – Full-time.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for serving customers by training staff; maintaining store displays and supervising staff; assisting Store Manager with day-to-day procedures and policies. Must be able to build relationships with all customers in a fun original environment!
Responsibilities
• Build effective relationships with associates, peers and supervisor to develop a high performing team
• Directly supervise the business, ensuring, and maintaining high quality standards
• Consistently assess and provide ongoing performance feedback to all levels of team members
• Inventory maintenance
• Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures.
• Staff coaching, observing, training and disciplining employees.
• Store merchandising
• Monitors key store metrics
Qualifications
• Minimum high school education or equivalent
• 2+ years’ of retail or equivalent management experience
• Strong verbal or written communication skills
• Exceptional customer service & leadership skills
• Strong organizational skills, extremely detail oriented and accurate
• Flexibility to work any shift, including holidays and weekends
• Customer service leadership: 1 year (Preferred)
• Visual merchandising: 1 year (Preferred)
