Part Time Floor Leader – The Floor Leaders support the shop management team as needed in all business areas including opening and closing the shop, running reports, facilitating training, and delegating tasks and driving sales; as a leadership team you share shop operational duties and are responsible for business areas as required to support a strong customer experience, staff experience and shop operational excellence. Required 20 hours per week, with a maximum of 30 hours.

Casual Sales Ambassador – The Sales Ambassadors support their shop teams as needed in all business areas but especially those that drive sales and support an excellent customer experience; this requires a strong commitment to strong product and brand knowledge, positive team relationships, and participation in overall shop operational excellence. Required 10 hours per week, with a maximum of 20 hours.
