Security/Hotel Maintenance – Full-time
Maintain a safe environment at the Hilton Columbus at Easton for all guests and team members. When necessary assist at any Olshan Properties Easton Hotels. Monitor and respond to building systems and areas to ensure a safe, efficient, and comfortable operation of the hotel according to all Olshan Properties standards.

Banquet Captain – Full-time
Supervise the setting, serving, and clean up of meal functions and provide all necessary equipment per the catering contract for each function. To coordinate and direct the set up, service, and clean up of all meal functions, and to provide the necessary equipment for meal set up. Introduce yourself to the guest in charge of the function. Open or close in the absence of the Banquet Manager or Assistant Banquet Manager.

Night Auditor – Full-time
Perform audit and balancing procedures to ensure that all revenues and adjustments are properly posted to appropriate guest accounts and also assist the front office operations during shift schedule. Ensure guest satisfaction according to Hilton Columbus at Easton and Olshan Properties standards.

Houseperson – Full-time
Maintain public area’s appearance by thoroughly cleaning, vacuuming hallways, etc. Assist in keeping room attendants supplied with linens and other supplies while clearing away their accumulated trash and soiled linens. Supply room attendants with linen and other supplies, including clean glass racks and water. Remove dirty linen from the room attendant’s carts and guest rooms throughout the day and drop down the laundry chute. Also, empty trash from the room attendants carts and guest rooms and deliver to the receptacles outside. Make sure all hallways are free of linen and trash. Take miscellaneous glassware and plates to service landings and report all room service trays to room service to be removed. Clean the elevators and the landings; lamps, credenzas, elevator doors and walls, wood rails, and baseboards. Clean the service elevator and landings, rails, walls, floors, sweep and mop corners. Clean all team member areas such as storage rooms, room attendant’s closets. Clean vending areas and stairways. Sweep, mop, and remove refuse. Wipe down vending machines and ice machines. All rollaway beds are to be remade with fresh sheets by the end of each shift. Perform daily cleaning projects as directed by the Executive an Assistant Executive Housekeeper. Assist supervisors and room attendants in stripping beds, cleaning rooms, making beds, rotating mattresses, deep cleaning. Deliver guest requests; roll-a-ways, refrigerators, sundries in a prompt and friendly manner.

Laundry Attendant – Full-time
To produce clean linen for all guest rooms, restaurants, and banquet functions according to Hilton Columbus standards. Wash, dry, fold and/or press an ample amount of linen terry to the room attendants, dining room staff and banquet staff so that rooms and function facilities can be turned over in a timely manner. During folding, check for thin, spotted or torn linen terry and discard properly. Empty the laundry chute periodically. Keep area around the laundry chute clean and clear of linen / terry. Load and run equipment according to procedures. Set equipment to clean according to procedures and the manufacturers’ instructions. Pre-treat linen from rooms, restaurant or banquets that is stained or damaged. Report all machinery failures or safety hazards to the Executive Housekeeper or Laundry Supervisor. Maintain cleanliness in laundry and linen storage areas. Clean and organize the laundry room. Keep the area clean and free of hazards that may cause accidents. Sweep and mop the floors. Perform daily cleaning projects as directed by the Executive Housekeeper.

Lobby Attendant – Full-time
Maintain public area’s appearance by thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, vacuuming carpets, cleaning ash trays, picking up debris, and ensuring public areas have ample supplies according to Hilton Columbus standards. Sweep, vacuum and mop all floors in the public spaces focusing on all entrances. Dust and wipe down all surfaces in the public spaces. Clean all public restrooms, guest elevators and stairwells. Vacuum all banquet pre function areas daily. Clean the pool and exercise area and replenish towels and supplies as needed. Clean and vacuum the Administrative office, including the restrooms daily. Also empty trash and vacuum behind the Front Desk, Purchasing office, Human Resources and Concierge Lounge. Clean team member locker rooms and restrooms. Clean the outside ash urns at the entrances and in the parking garage. Perform daily cleaning projects as directed by the Executive Housekeeper while greeting guests using the 15-5 rule.

PM Lobby Attendant – Full-time
Maintain public area’s appearance by thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, vacuuming carpets, cleaning ash trays, picking up debris, and ensuring public areas have ample supplies according to Hilton Columbus standards.

Banquet Cook – Full-time
To prepare for and execute the making of guest meals utilizing approved recipes according to the Hilton Columbus standards. To maintain the cleanliness and sanitization of the hot side of the main line. Should have basic knowledge in grilling, sautéing, broiling, frying, and steaming various food items as required.

Assistant Executive Housekeeper – Full-time
To maintain a superior quality of cleanliness in all public areas, guest rooms, offices, and back-of-the-house areas. To keep a working inventory of all cleaning and guest room supplies: linen and uniforms, etc. To ensure proper safe storage and handling of all chemicals. Ensure proper training of all team members is completed and enforced. Keep communications open between the departmental team members, all other departments and the hotel guests.

Room Attendant – Full-time
To clean and stock guest rooms, ensuring that all guests are given professional and courteous service, while maintaining Hilton’s standards of cleanliness. Clean guest rooms assigned daily in a timely manner. Cleaning to Hilton Standards; including all areas of guest room and bathroom while properly using chemicals. Take care of guest belongings in stay over rooms as well as lost and found items in checked out rooms. Handle special requests for guests to include, but not limited to, getting extra towels, blankets, etc. Perform daily cleaning projects as directed by the Executive Housekeeper. Example: deep cleaning, VIP rooms. Stock the room attendant cart with supplies and clean linen in accordance with set standards. Keep carts clean and organized per Hilton Columbus Standards. Communicate to floor supervisors or housemen when you are out of any required equipment/amenities. Upon vacating the room, check the room and make sure it is completely clean. Push and pull vacuums throughout the entire room, clean the entrance last. In HotSOS, mark all check out rooms “Vacant Cleaned” and all stay over rooms “Occupied cleaned” after the room is cleaned to our Hilton Standards. Report all mechanical, structural, and electrical defects to your supervisor or create a service order in HotSOS. Report any defects, including the linen and curtains to the supervisor for correction.

Sous Chef – Full-time
Assist the Executive Chef in creating and maintaining impeccable food preparations, visual aesthetics, and quality standards in all areas of operation. Meets and exceeds forecasted food sales and profit while maintaining budgeted costs for food and labor. Responsible for hiring, training, progress and coaching of all Culinary/Stewarding team members. Ensures that all Culinary/Stewarding workers are performing their duties as prescribed by the quality standards established by the Executive Chef. Responsible for guest and team member satisfaction in all food areas as well as all stewarding related needs on a daily basis. Assist in planning, pricing and documenting of menus and assumes all the duties of the Executive Chef in his absence.

2nd Shift Steward/ Dishwasher – Full-time
To properly wash and store all dishes, pots, trays, eating utensils, cups and small equipment for the Food and Beverage Department. Maintains the cleanliness of the dish tank, pot area, storage, floors, walls, back bars and loading dock, but is not limited to only these functions. Sets up and breaks down dish machine, including arms screens, and baskets. Cleans and polishes machine thoroughly including removing any paper and hosing down interior, wash dishes, pots, flatware and any items needed for food and beverage outlets. Checks machine to be sure it is operating correctly and reports any defects. Removes trash from kitchens to be placed in dumpster. Cleans and sanitizes garbage cans and keeps liners in cans at all times. Sweep kitchens, back halls, or bar often and when designated by the chefs or management of the hotel. Cleans all rolling stock, ovens, stoves and grills when instructed to or when needed. Works together with stewarding supervisor to organize count and replenish stock as needed to support outlets. Assist in the daily cleaning and sanitizing of the kitchens. Complete training for proper cleaning and storage for all kitchen equipment through checklists.
