Position Summary –

Position Responsibilities –
– Greeting and interacting with all types of customers
– Upholding our safety standards set by our corporate, government, and CDC officials
– Showcasing our amazing products and teaching our visitors how to shop our store by leading them through the buying process
– Asking open ended questions while conversing with the customers so you can learn what their needs are
– Making the shopping experience memorable by providing correct, helpful, and instant knowledge of our product
– Going above and beyond the service expectations of the customers during every interaction
– Helping the customers add to their gifts or take-home purchases by using suggestive selling techniques
– Taking orders correctly and completely in person and over the phone, including large client orders
– Thanking the customer for their purchase, no matter how small

Position Requirements –
Required:
– Excellent customer service skills
– Reliable transportation
– Positive attitude and disposition
– Legible handwriting skills
– Ability to be on your feet at least 8 hours at a time
– Ability to lift at least 25lbs
– Adaptability
Preferred:
– Knowledge of appropriate phone etiquette
– Extensive team work experience
– Good problem-solving skills
