Management Trainee – Full-time
Buckle’s one-year Management Development Program is your pathway to becoming a Store Manager. Through this program, you’ll develop the sales, recruiting, merchandising, and leadership skills needed to run your own store. As you progress, you’ll
put your knowledge into action by servicing Guests and educating Teammates. You will have the opportunity to travel and gain experiences outside your store environment.
Assistant Manager – Full-time
As a Buckle Assistant Manager, you’ll follow a similar education program as a Management Trainee, yet would ultimately remain in your current store. You will work closely with a Store Manager who will help develop your leadership skills as you guide and
impact the Teammates around you. Positively influencing and educating others, you’ll serve as an inspiration to your Team and a product expert to your Guests. Building a loyal Guest following and a personal network to recruit from will be a key to your
overall success.
