Customer Engagement:
– Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, providing a welcoming and personalized shopping experience.
– Share knowledge about wine and chocolate pairings, offering recommendations based on customer preferences and occasions.
– Engage in conversations to understand customers’ needs and preferences, providing expert guidance and building lasting relationships.

Product Knowledge:
– Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the store’s wine and chocolate selection.
– Stay informed about new arrivals, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate product information to customers.

Sales and Upselling:
– Actively promote and sell products to meet or exceed sales targets.
– Upsell by suggesting complementary items and showcasing unique product pairings.
