From heart-pounding HIIT sessions to strength-building circuits, each class is designed to push participants to their limits while fostering camaraderie and support. As the sun beats down and sweat glistens, attendees are encouraged to dig deep, push past boundaries, and emerge stronger, both physically and mentally.
