Celebrate Earth Day with Northstar Café and Brassica. Both locations will be offering free, vegetarian sandwiches. Northstar Café will be offering their signature Northstar Burger, a veggie burger made with organic black beans, brown rice and beets and topped with white cheddar, kale, tomato, pickle and onion + simple salad. While Brassica will be offering free sandwiches made with their fan favorite Falafel made fresh-to-order daily.

This initiative is representative of the values of both restaurants, which is to “share joy and delicious food while making a positive impact on the world.” They are offering the opportunity to make a positive impact on the planet by inviting guests to enjoy a vegetarian-focused, environmentally-friendly meal free of charge.
