Stay Safe at Easton This Winter

Share this post:

Wintertime at Easton is truly magical. As an open-air center, you can experience over 2 million twinkling lights, the charming décor sprinkled throughout the property, enchanting carriage rides, heated patios, and more!

And while we want to make your experience as enjoyable as possible, our number one priority is keeping you safe. We’ve taken extra precautions, implemented rigorous safety policies including the state-wide curfew, and created safer environments for shopping, dining, and experiencing everything Easton has to offer.

Here are some tips to stay safe while at Easton this holiday season:

Wear face masks and maintain safe social distancing.
The State of Ohio has issued a mandatory mask mandate while inside retail establishments and restaurants. The mask mandate has tightened for indoor dining, and guests must wear face coverings whenever they are not actively eating or drinking. Additionally, we require face coverings while on property during our vulnerable population hours. You can review our full list of COVID-19 Safety Protocols here.

Use hand sanitizing stations around Easton.
Hands touch many surfaces and can pick up viruses, so using alcohol-based hand sanitizer or washing with soap and water can eliminate germs, including viruses that may be on your hands. You’ll find many hand sanitizing stations around the property.

Shop Easton brands online and get same-day delivery with CbusShops!
We’ve partnered with CbusShops to offer an option to shop at Easton from home. You can learn more about all the ways to place orders and have them delivered same-day here.

Take advantage of curbside pick-up and carry out.
Many of our retailers and restaurants provide curbside pick-up and carry-out services and we’ve designated over 30 locations for ease of parking to assist with this convenience. This is a great way to stay safe while continuing to support your favorite brands. We suggest calling brands directly to confirm services and place orders.

Confirm hours, capacities, and policies with retailers and restaurants directly.
In a typical year, our retailers and restaurants follow Easton Town Center’s hours. However, this year, many of them have varied hours, capacities, and protocols. Additionally, they all take guest safety seriously, so you may find that some brands are temporarily closed for increased cleaning and sanitization procedures.

We recommend that you reach out to brands directly to confirm all hours. You can find direct phone numbers and more information on our ShoppingDining, and Entertainment pages.

Be patient and prepared by making reservations or use our digital line queueing system.
Increased traffic on property during the holidays could mean longer wait times to enter a store, make a purchase, or get a table. We recommend making reservations when possible, calling ahead, or using our new digital queuing service once you arrive (available at some retailers).

Shop in smaller groups.
With many retailers allowing smaller capacities inside stores, shopping in smaller groups helps to ensure you are able to shop at the same time as everyone in your party. Many of our retailers have capacity numbers posted on their doors, so please be sure to respect their guidance.

Shop off-peak hours if possible.
Shopping off-peak hours can help you avoid large crowds and extended wait times.

Stay home if you’re sick.
One of the most important tips in the time of COVID-19 is to stay at home if you’re experiencing any symptoms. We want to make sure our guests and employees stay healthy and safe!

Thank you for continuing to support our retailers, restaurants, and grocers!
We are so appreciative of your support and your patience during this difficult time as we continue to navigate this situation. We are #InThisTogetherOhio!
