The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for:

Meeting attendance, punctuality, and required work guidelines.
Assist with ongoing recruiting, interviewing and hiring functions to meet store needs within 30 days.
Ensure that all associates are performing, receiving truck, store operations, breakdowns, cycle counts, physical inventory, returned merchandise, and price change procedures with accuracy.
Complete and submit all required operating reports, forms, and projects on time with 100% accuracy.
Ensure proper execution of marketing plans, promotional programs and visual merchandising standards.
Maintain employee records with accuracy as outlined by Beauty Brands procedures and appropriate legislative laws.
Ensure that store safety and security measures are followed.
Attend all required meetings.
