We call our security officers Guest Assistance personnel. Our Guest Assistance personnel wear white shirts with dark blue uniform pants and have silver and gold badges pinned to their shirts. They are equipped with shoulder radios. Guest Assistance personnel walk all areas of the property as well as monitor activity in common areas via security cameras. They respond to your requests for assistance from the Call For Assistance stations located throughout the property.
Our Call For Assistance stations are illuminated from above by a blue light and are welcome for your use in non-emergency situations if, for example, you simply have questions about how to get from one place to another or need assistance of any kind. Pressing the button on the Call For Assistance box will connect you by voice with Easton Town Center's Guest Assistance dispatch center.
Our Guest Assistance personnel are many in number and are committed to making your visit with us a pleasant one. They are here to help you with minor inconveniences you may encounter as well as to assist you, and our tenants, in matters of health and safety.
If you see or experience anything you consider to be unusual or unsafe, we earnestly request that you report it immediately to one of our Guest Assistance personnel so we can address the issue quickly. To report something, please use the Call For Assistance station; contact a Guest Assistance team member you see; or, telephone the Guest Assistance office, 24 hours a day, at (614) 416-7001.
Our Guest Assistance personnel are charged with enforcing the Easton Town Center Code of Conduct and our Parental Escort Policy. Both of these policy statements can be accessed on this website within this Guest Information section.
Our Easton Town Center Guest Assistance personnel are ready to assist you in the event of the following auto-related problems:
Jumpstarts: If your battery fails, we will provide a battery jump. A release form must be signed prior to this service.
Lost Vehicles: If you need help locating your parked vehicle, we are available to assist.
The Easton Town Center Code of Conduct
Easton Town Center is for shopping, dining and entertainment. All of our buildings, the garages, as well as the streets and common areas, are privately owned. We reserve the right to define the rules of conduct acceptable to us in order to allow admission to our property. While here, we ask that you treat others as you would like to be treated. For the safety and enjoyment of all Easton visitors, please read and observe the following rules. The following conduct is not acceptable on Easton Town Center property:
Discourteous Behavior
This can be described as rude behavior, behavior which may cause an inconvenience to others, or anything that is ill-mannered or disrespectful such as loitering, blocking walkways, running, yelling, and skateboarding.
Disorderly Behavior
This type of behavior is described as obscene, offensive, may cause a hindrance or disturbance to others visiting the facility, or interrupt our normal business activity such as offensive language, inappropriate attire, and soliciting.
Disruptive Behavior
These types of actions can be of a more serious nature, could cause a disruption in business, or affect the safety of our guests such as fighting, illegal activity, and weapons.
Easton Parental Escort Policy
Children 15 and under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian while in the public areas after 9:30 p.m.
Violators of these codes may be subject to expulsion, banning and/or arrest.
Violators of banning orders may be subject to arrest or prosecution for criminal trespass.
The Easton Town Center Parental Escort Policy

The Parental Escort Policy states that children age 15 and under may not remain in the public space of Easton Town Center after 9:30 PM unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian over the age of 21.
How is the policy enforced?
If security determines that an individual or group is age 15 or under and is unaccompanied by an adult after 9:30 PM, they will be given the opportunity to leave the center or go to the community room to await their ride.
What is the Community Room and where is it located?
Located across the street from Coldwater Creek, it is a space that serves as a meeting place for local groups during the day. At night, the Community Room is used as a pleasant waiting area for youths who are awaiting their ride.
How will you identify children age 15 and under?
To enforce the rules relating to minors, patrons are required to carry a photo ID with proof of age.
What about teens that work at Easton?
Teens 16 and over that work at Easton after 9:30 PM will not be affected by this policy. This policy applies only to children 15 and under.
What if the individual is unable to provide appropriate identification?
The individual will be asked to leave the property until they can return with appropriate ID.
Is the policy 'one child to one adult'?
No. One adult can be responsible for several youths with proper supervision and control of their behavior.
Do I have to be with my child?
Yes. An adult must maintain visual contact with the children for whom he or she is responsible, if not, they will be asked to leave.
Are there any other rules of which I should be aware?
A complete list of the Easton Town Center’s Code of Conduct is displayed on signage around the Town Center and appears in this Guest Information section.
Violators of these codes may be subject for expulsion, banning, arrest and/or prosecution for criminal trespass.
The Lost and Found Department is located at the Guest Services Desk, located inside the Easton Station Building, under the AMC Theatres escalators.
We recommend that you also contact tenants you visited while at Easton Town Center. If they have your property they may not have turned it in to the Guest Services Desk and may be holding it in the event you return.
Tenant telephone numbers are listed in our online Directory pages. To connect to individual tenant pages, click on their names in the directory listings.

We are always very interested in hearing from guests about additional services we can provide.
We encourage our handicapped guests to solicit assistance from our Guest Assistance personnel should they encounter any situation which inhibits their freedom to enjoy visiting Easton Town Center. We are dedicated to making our property a relaxing, easy place for all of our guests to spend leisure time.

Commercial Solicitation
Our tenants are focused during the business day on providing services to their customers and clients. It is at their preference that solicitation is prohibited on Easton Town Center property (without an appointment) and via the website. If you have a business offering you believe may be of interest to Easton Town Center tenants, please use the telephone number or mailing address found on their individual tenant page to request an appointment to present your materials.
Solicitation emails sent to tenants via our 'send a comment' option on the website are not forwarded.
Charitable Donations
This non-solicitation policy also applies to requests for charitable donations from Easton Town Center or our tenants. To request charitable donations, we advise the same -- use the telephone or send a written request to the manager of the location from which you wish to receive a donation for your organization. With respect to the Town Center, you should send your request in writing to:
Brigid Butler
Marketing Director
Easton Town Center
160 Easton Town Center
Columbus, OH 43219
Please make your request a minimum of four weeks in advance of your charitable event. We receive many requests from organizations all over the metropolitan area and regret that we are not able to assist everyone who requests. Making your request early and for the benefit of a non-profit organization will be helpful.

We are concerned about your privacy and have formulated a privacy policy for your review. It appears below on this page. Here are the answers to other common questions:
How did I get subscribed to the email newsletter?
We do not subscribe people without their specific request. If you do not recall subscribing, it's possible a friend or relative subscribed you. It is simple to unsubscribe if you do not wish to receive further emailings and the instructions are covered here.
How do I remove myself from the Easton Invitation email newsletter list?
You may unsubscribe using the 'unsubscribe' link on any newsletter you receive; or, send an email directly to the webmaster requesting removal. Be sure to include the email address where you have been receiving the newsletter when making your request. It's best to unsubscribe using the newsletter link because it contains all the information needed to automatically remove you from the database.
What is the policy on solicitation of tenants via their email links on this website?
In the offline, or "real world," Easton Town Center does not permit solicitation of its tenants or guests. We extend this policy to our online (website) presence as well. The individual email links to our tenants on this website are intended to provide our website visitors a way to communicate with our tenants. They are not intended to be a vehicle for solicitation of our tenants for business or charitable purposes. Because many of our tenants do not have "in-house" access to email at their business location, emails received at their Easton Town Center website addresses are answered by the Webmaster or a member of the Easton Town Center management team when possible, and, forwarded via fax or hand-delivery to tenants when their personal attention is required. Positive and negative feedback comments are always printed out and hand-delivered to our tenants within 24 hours of their receipt. Solicitation emails are discarded.
Persons wishing to solicit tenants for charitable donations or business purposes are advised to contact tenants by telephone or regular mail to request assistance and an appointment to discuss needs. You will find this contact information on each tenant's individual page on the website. Use our directories to reach these tenant pages.
PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is important to us...
We have created and will add new features in future to the Easton Town Center website. If you wish to use these features, you may be asked to share certain information with us. We respect your right to privacy and want you to know why we may ask for information and what happens to it after it is collected.
When you send our tenants email via their individual web page...
Many of our tenants do not have email service available at their locations, or, may not check it frequently. Your email, when sent via this website, is received by the Easton Town Center Webmaster and is usually answered within 24 hours. All "comment" emails -- positive and negative -- are shared tenants by senior management of the Town Center. We do not collect your email address in this process without your permission and we do not share your information without your permission. We answer email for our tenants (with regard to general questions) to assure you receive a timely response.
We don't permit the solicitation of business or charitable donations of our tenants via the Easton Town Center website. We have a "no solicitation" policy in the offline or "real world" at Easton Town Center and we extend this policy to our online world so solicitation emails sent via the 'send comment' function on a tenant page will not be forwarded.
When you opt to receive email from individual tenants via our email form ...
In order to provide you with invitations for events and offers that will interest you, you have the option of sharing your preferences in activities and tenants at Easton Town Center. We do not offer any of our emailing address lists for sale to bulk emailers. If we do provide your email address to a third party, it will be at your specific request.
The definition of 'cookies'...
Cookies are created by the websites you visit much like your dry cleaner creates a claim check for you. You leave the dry cleaner with your claim check and when you return, you pick up what you dropped off.
Our cookies do not follow you from our website to other websites. They cannot gather information from your hard drive about who you are, where you live, how much money you make or what your credit card numbers are. Our cookies simply allow our website to recognize you when you return so that we can make your visit more personal and relevant to your interests.
Cookies are stored in files your browser keeps and can be deleted by you at any time. If you don't revisit a website for awhile, your browser may do the deleting for you.
We use cookies to understand which offers or invitations are meaningful to our visitors. If we are interested in more detailed information about you, we will always ask for it in an open way and will only share that information with your permission.
Keeping your information secure...
We use reasonable precautions to keep the personal information you disclose to us secure.
General Privacy...
From time to time, you may find links on our site to outside parties' sites (for example, our tenants' corporate websites). We cannot control their privacy policies and can only recommend that if privacy is of concern to you that you seek out and read their privacy statements prior to disclosing any personal information while visiting these sites.
While Easton Town Center is very much a place where families can enjoy time together, we are also home to venues for adult patrons. Our online presence will reflect the interests of both of these groups. We encourage parents to monitor their children's activities while visiting any online property, including our own. We will never ask visitors under 18 years of age for information about themselves or their families. If your child wishes to enter an online contest (without age restrictions) hosted on this website, we ask that you enter for them.
We are always receptive to your thoughts and concerns about privacy, interactivity, and content on the Internet -- specifically on this site. This is still a rapidly expanding universe for all of us. If there is something we can do to make the experience faster, more pleasant, more reliable, or more trustworthy we want to hear from you. Please send those suggestions to info@eastontowncenter.com.
Welcome to Easton Wireless!
Easton Wireless is a FREE service provided for our guests. It is available in the common areas of the Easton Station building, on Town Square, at the Children's Park, around the Central Park Fountain, on Townsfair Way from PF Chang's to Panera Bread and in any area where patio dining is available.
The signal does not extend into our tenants' spaces -- it is only available in the open, common areas of Easton Town Center.
What you need...
You will need a 'wireless' or 'WiFi-enabled' device. These devices include:
• Laptops with PCMCIA antenna cards or embedded wireless antennae
• Handheld devices that are 'WiFi enabled' such as the Palm Tungsten C or the Compaq iPaq
Helpful hint: The stronger your device's antenna, the better your signal strength. PCMCIA 'external' antennae are the best option for best signal strength outdoors.
How to log on...
Simply turn on your device. If you are running Windows XP and your device is WiFi-enabled, your system will automatically find 'available signals'. Choose 'Easton Wireless' and when you open your browser, you will immediately arrive at our Easton Wireless home page. The welcome page offers listings of all current events, show times, tenant information, and links to purchase tickets online from our entertainment tenants. You can then navigate the web as you please!
If you are using a Macintosh laptop and have an Airport card installed or an embedded antenna, you will find a wireless detection icon in the upper right corner of your screen. Click on it to view choices of signals, select 'Easton Wireless' and launch your browser.
If you are not using either of these operating systems and your device is WiFi-enabled, you will need to review your laptop's 'Help' files to find out how it detects available wireless signals and how you choose to 'enable' a wireless connection (Easton Wireless).
If you are using a handheld device, consult your device's documentation to learn how its wireless signal detection works. Most handheld WiFi devices have an icon you click that searches for available signals. You will select 'Easton Wireless' then launch your handheld device's browser.
For any device you use, there is no need to enter a password, SSID or otherwise configure your network settings.
Feedback...We want to hear about your user experience. Please feel free to send us email via the Easton Wireless welcome screen, or, to: support@eastonwireless.net.
If you experience signal problems, please report these to our tech line at: (614) 944-5761.
