Easton Town Center is located within the 1,300 acre Easton development, a 12-million square foot mixed-use project undertaken by The Georgetown Company and Limited Brands in 1994. With over 7-million square feet of retail, office, hotel and residential properties already complete, Easton has become a dominant destination for commercial activity in Columbus and throughout central Ohio. More than 25,000 employees currently work at Easton. And that number is expected to grow beyond 40,000 in the next few years as Easton continues to grow.

Co-developed by The Georgetown Company, Steiner + Associates and Limited Brands, Easton Town Center opened in June of 1999. The following year, The International Council of Shopping Centers recognized it with its prestigious Innovative Design Award. Easton Town Center is widely benchmarked for development excellence, and currently draws more than 20-million visits annually.

The company’s extensive portfolio of businesses includes Victoria’s Secret, Victoria’s Secret PINK, Bath & Body Works, C.O. Bigelow, White Barn Candle Co., Henri Bendel and La Senza. Limited Brands products are sold in the U.S., Canada and 40 other countries through its approximate 3,000 stores, as well as catalogue and online resources.
The Georgetown Company is a privately-held diversified real estate company founded in 1978 and headquartered in New York. The firm focuses on complex projects, seeking opportunities where professional skill and creativity can realize value from underutilized real estate. Georgetown and its principals have developed, owned and overseen more than 20-million square feet of office, residential, retail and recreational projects. The Company is the master developer of the Easton project, including Easton Town Center, and continues to oversee the planning, design and development of all new Easton components.
Formed in 1993 and headquartered at Easton Town Center, Steiner + Associates is a master planning and development firm with a philosophy of “place making,” or positively impacting communities through the creation of dynamic mixed-use town centers. Steiner + Associates co-developed Easton Town Center with The Georgetown Company and continues to oversee and manage the property. Before moving to Columbus, Steiner + Associates CEO Yaromir Steiner developed the pioneering open-air lifestyle center, Cocowalk in Coconut Grove, FL.
